Sophie was always on the ball and worked ahead of plan to ensure a speedy service. She explained complex issues in a way we could understand and gave very good advice. We have never used a solicitors who were not local to us however Sophie made sure that this was not an issue and made sure that timings for post etc were never an issue – a real expert in all interactions.
