We used you for a sale and purchase about 6 years ago and found you outstanding. We used you again because of the service you provided. The first time it was Becci that provided the service and this is what brought us back to you . we was pleased that Becci was still there and progressed with her career, it was nice to talk to her with ease on our initial enquiry. After that all correspondence was via email which was answered by Becci, Haley and Juliet in a very timely manor. It was also reassuring to us that we could pick up the phone at any time and speak to someone on a first name basis. It seems quite obvious to me that you share best practices as every one shows the same amount of courtesy and knowledge. Carry on looking after them as the firm is only as good as the staff. We will have no hesitation to carry on using you and to recommend you to our family and friends.
