We sold a house in West Yorkshire and bought a house in Somerset. Despite the distance between areas and our solicitors the process was very efficient and predominantly electronically apart from the essential paperwork that had to be witnessed. The link up with our bank was seamless and updates on the case were immediately available on the conveyancing/tracking system.
