Position

I am a Chartered Legal Executive and Commissioner for Oaths. I am also the Manager of the Panel Conveyancing Department.

Profile

I graduated from the Open University in 2011 after completing the Law Degree LLB with Honours. I obtained the same via distance learning whilst also bringing up my two children.

I joined Mason Baggott & Garton in July 2013, where I firstly gained experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in the Panel Conveyancing Department, undertaking work in Residential Sales, Purchases, Transfers of Equity and Re-mortgages, assisting clients through their property transactions by remaining client focused and achieving a swift, smooth conclusion.

I enjoyed this area of law and so I quickly progressed and became a Case Handler running my own case load. During the course of my employment I undertook further training to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive and completed my Conveyancing qualification with a distinction. I achieved Chartered Legal Executive Status in July 2017.

In August 2017, I was promoted to Panel Conveyancing Manager at the firm, managing the Panel Conveyancing Department whilst also continuing to run my own caseload.

Specialism

I currently work on a wide variety of residential property transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Unregistered Property, New Build Properties, Right to Buy, Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership Leases, Staircasing, Equity Loans and Sole Proprietor/Joint Borrower Mortgages.

I appreciate each client’s needs are different and continually strive to offer my clients the best possible legal service. With the help of my great team of Assistants, we pride ourselves in our service and Client satisfaction rating.

I enjoy building up client relationships and helping to assist my clients in moving house as quickly and as stress free as possible.

Hobbies

I enjoy Reading, Photography and sitting down to watch a good film with my family.

I enjoy a wide range of music and so it is very hard to pick a favourite.

I am currently listening to the Greatest Showman Soundtrack with my Daughter and can often be found singing along badly in my car.
