Profile

After previously gaining experience working for a conveyancing firm as a Paralegal and roles in commercial companies in the North West and Yorkshire, I am delighted to further my legal career starting my training contract at Mason Baggott & Garton in a Commercial property seat.

I currently live in Doncaster (my hometown), however I studied for and completed my law degree (LLB) at Manchester Metropolitan University, while living in Manchester for three years. I graduated with a 2:1 and left with many amazing memories and pro-bono experience.

I then went on to further my legal studies by completing the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law in Sheffield, while remaining in Yorkshire with my family and working within the legal field.

Specialism

My desire is to qualify as a solicitor specialising in property law. I have gained experience over the past couple of years mainly in residential conveyancing as a conveyancing paralegal in the Peak District and now commercial conveyancing at the firm. I have always had an interest in business and supporting clients with investment ideas.  I have previously worked for a property investment company dealing with contracts and a company specialising in logistics, renewable energy and property where my interest in progressing to commercial property formed.

Hobbies

I really enjoy the Gym and long walks/hiking as my main way to relax, and travelling to different places. I particularly love city breaks. I have been to some amazing cities such as Prague, Rome, Barcelona and Berlin.

I do also have an interest in musical theatre and drama. Growing up I attended drama school, and completed up to grade 8 in musical theatre and participated in many amateur theatre productions and festival competitions. One of my favourite hobbies is going to watch theatre productions and plays, with my favourite being Les Miserables.

First Job

A Waitress at the Crown Hotel in Bawtry – Doncaster.

Favourite book

I recently been enjoying Colleen Hoover books and have just finished ‘It ends with us’.

However, I do enjoy classic plays and novels such as The Great Gatsby from studying A Level English Literature and my interest in theatre.

Favourite group/Artist

My go to music genre is Rap/RnB/Hip Hop with some of my favourite artists being Stormzy, Chris Brown, Drake, J Cole and Kendrick.

I do also love a dance track with Becky Hill being my favourite dance artist.
