I have dealt with Nikki about my will and now my LPA. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, excellent client handling skills, highly professional but at the same time friendly and welcoming. Also honest and not scared to say if she doesn’t know something – I asked her a question about LPA and possible interaction with the assisted dying bill.
