Would just like to mention how helpful Sophie was throughout our whole purchase during this strange time. So friendly and keeping us up to date throughout. It was really appreciated.

Sophie Croft and her team assisted my partner and myself to buy our first home, which we did during the covid-19 lock down. Any problems we faced during this time Sophie and her team were amazing. Always professional, polite and brilliant at getting things done on time. All contact via phone or email with very quick response times. Highly recommend and would defiantly use them again.

I only really dealt with Travis, Mr Brocklesby’s assistant, who was very helpful in arranging witness signatures during lock down and was very clear with email and telephone conversations. All in all, very good.

This year has been difficult for all, I was expecting longer delays in the purchase. Communication has been excellent, giving clear instructions as to what was required.

Exceptional Service. Your firm was new into Barton when we decided to give you a try. We are so glad we did. Could not fault Simon, Travis or the reception staff. We would and already have recommended your company to anyone and everyone.

 

Sophie and Megan were both very polite, friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable and supportive of my first time buyer experience when I had lots of questions.

The progress of our purchase was poor because of the actions of the solicitors the represented the  vendor and also the actions of the vendor of the property. The vendors solicitors continually ‘messed up’ by not checking forms filled in by their client, not getting signatures ready for exchange etc and their continual lack of contact about the situation with Kerry. All of which made it very difficult for those, particularly Kerry, having to liaise with them and their actions or lack of actions.

By comparison, Kerry handled the situation professionally in or best interest. It was a difficult move due to extenuating circumstances but handled with compassion by Kerry. And also by members of other staff who where aware of our circumstances. Hazel on reception was for me absolutely what a receptionist is about, I found her very calming when i needed it.

The service was excellent from the initial phone call to actually signing the will. Very friendly professional staff with home visit included for health reasons. Very pleased with everything and would highly recommend.

Moving house was stressful for all the normal reasons but the one element that consistently met or exceeded expectations was the service from Mason Baggott & Garton. Jenny and Pippa were great but special mention has to go to Megan who was my main point of contact and who offered a flawless service throughout.

Amazing service from Sophie, from start to finish she was amazing talking me through the next steps and processes. Being a first time buyer and frankly not really doing much research I didn’t really know what to expect in regards to next steps, timelines etc.

She kept me in the loop every step of the way and every time I had questions she gave me a call and talked me through them. Prior to even completing I recommended your services to a friend and no doubt on my next purchase will be reaching out.

Amazing communication from start to finish. Simon and Travis have both been brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them and I was kept up to date at all times.
