The progress of our purchase was poor because of the actions of the solicitors the represented the vendor and also the actions of the vendor of the property. The vendors solicitors continually ‘messed up’ by not checking forms filled in by their client, not getting signatures ready for exchange etc and their continual lack of contact about the situation with Kerry. All of which made it very difficult for those, particularly Kerry, having to liaise with them and their actions or lack of actions.
By comparison, Kerry handled the situation professionally in or best interest. It was a difficult move due to extenuating circumstances but handled with compassion by Kerry. And also by members of other staff who where aware of our circumstances. Hazel on reception was for me absolutely what a receptionist is about, I found her very calming when i needed it.
