Parminder was always willing help. She was always quick to review and raise queries whenever required and was pro-actively pursuing the buyers’ solicitors for updates. I found her very approachable, professional and emphatic even when we were under intense pressure to complete. Her oversight helped us significantly to make timely decisions whenever it was required.
