Mason Baggott and Garton have four offices with qualified and experienced members of staff on hand to offer you advice on a number of legal matters.
Increasingly, with the continuing development of and investment in technology we are able to offer assistance to clients from further afield.
Mason Baggott and Garton can trace its roots back over 140 years to the firms of Goy Cross and Co in Brigg (1870) and Norman Gibson and Co in Scunthorpe (1919). The firm became Mason and Baggott in, or around, 1955 and has been known as Mason Baggott and Garton since 1975.
The firm covers most areas of work associated with general “high street” practice with our main emphasis on conveyancing, family matters, wills and estates, commercial leasing and land sales and purchases, general disputes and personal injury.
We aim to provide clear, compassionate advice tailored to our clients’ needs. We will not sell services that are not required and if legal services are not needed we will tell you because when they are we want you to come to us.
