As a Firm we constantly strive to improve the service we offer to clients and encourage employees to increase their level of expertise in areas we feel will benefit both our clients and staff alike.

Several members of our team have recently been successful in passing exams and we are proud to convey our congratulations.

 

Meggie Chan from our Family Department qualified as a Solicitor in September 2011. Meggie studied her Legal practice course at BPP Law School in Manchester which she completed in 2008.

She began her training contract with Mason Baggott and Garton in January 2010
where she completed her professional skills course.

We are very pleased to welcome Meg to our Family Law team based at the Scunthorpe office.

   

Tarryn Guest a Trainee Legal Executive in our Litigation Department, is now an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. Tarryn has worked at Mason Baggott and Garton for the past 21 years.

During her time with us she has had varying roles including office junior, secretary and paralegal. For the past 3 years she has been studying to be a legal executive. So far she has passed 12 of the 16 exams required.

Tarryn is a valuable member of our Litigation Team and is also based at our Scunthorpe office.

   
 

Joanna Cheffings assists Margaret Wingate in our Residential Conveyancing Department in Scunthorpe and is also studying to be a Legal Executive. She has now been successful in passing 6 of her exams – the most recent covering Contract Law.

Joanna is a dedicated member of our team who commenced working for us when she left school in 2000 as an office junior and before moving to our Conveyancing Department she dealt with probate and wills.

   

Gino Ballestracci joined Mason Baggott and Garton in June 2010 and has recently embarked on his training to become a Legal executive too.

He assists Julie Langley in all aspects of Family law in the Brigg family department. Gino has already passed two exams, with a merit and a distinction.
